About Pource
Pource brings scattered project information together so you can quickly understand what a project is, who is behind it, how far it has progressed, what is known about power and land, and what still needs to be verified.
A single project can appear in planning documents, utility filings, property records, company announcements and local government records. Those sources often use different names and describe different stages of the same project. Pource connects them so you can see the fuller picture without treating every claim as equally certain.
Each dossier shows the location, organisations involved, development stage, power evidence, important milestones, verified facts, open questions and recent changes. You can use it to screen projects quickly, then go deeper into the evidence when something matters.
Research method
Pource monitors official records, company information and credible reporting, then links useful evidence to the relevant project. When sources disagree or information is incomplete, Pource shows that uncertainty instead of hiding it.
Supported by direct, attributable evidence such as a filing, permit, deed, utility record or other primary source.
A statement made by a developer, operator, tenant or other project participant. It remains attributable to that source unless independently verified.
Credible third-party reporting that has not yet been independently confirmed.
A concise description of what the underlying record supports, what remains unverified and whether an evidenced schedule change exists. It is not a forecast.
A material question where available sources conflict, are incomplete or do not yet support a firm conclusion.
Interpretation standard
Pource can show that a target date moved, construction evidence exists, a power figure is only at study stage, or a tenant has not been confirmed. It does not turn those facts into an unsupported prediction about whether a project will succeed or deliver on time.
Coverage
The current product focuses on Texas data-centre development, with particular attention to land, project participants, development status, power evidence and schedule movement. Coverage will expand only where Pource can maintain the same project-level evidence standard.
